Lush Lifestyles will make use of third party research done by property consultants, academics, regulators etc to recommend a suitable property for investments or lifestyle purpose. Our relationship manager would do a suitability assessment test before short listing the properties for viewing before recommending a property.

Clients who wish to access the services offered by Lush Lifestyles would be required to pay administrative costs, brokerage costs, commissions and all other miscellaneous costs to licensed agents handling their transactions.
* Membership fees will be waived for all new members for the first year of membership. Members who renew their memberships after 1 year would be required to pay an annual membership fee of SGD 1000 (subject to change).
